Dream Design Events was founded by DeDe Berger in 2013, Her passion for planning events & weddings has now grown into a full-time dream in itself. DeDe is one of the top wedding and event designers in the Northwest Arkansas region. She is recognized for her artistic vision & designing spectacular unique events for her clients. Early in DeDe's career, she realized her natural talent for transforming what some would only see as ordinary into something extraordinary. After spending several years in Japan & Thailand, DeDe returned to the United States bringing inspiration from her adventures. A worldwide perspective has allowed DeDe to be involved in event planning for multiple cultures and infuse an ethnic style & design into her work.

Why hire a professional event planner?

In addition to helping you make your event unique and special, an event planner will save you time and money. With today’s busy lifestyles, it’s hard to stay on top of the detailed planning that a special event requires. A professional event planner will work with you throughout your planning process, and can be available the day of the event to reduce stress and make sure everything is perfect. This allows your family or organization to ENJOY the event.

When should I hire an event planner?

Ideally, you will contact us at least 12-9 months prior to the selected date, however, Dream Design Events has designed comprehensive services that can commence at any point prior to your event day.

What types of weddings do you accommodate? 

All – Civil, LGBT, Military, Eco-Friendly/Green, Double Weddings. You name it we will accommodate.

What information should I provide the planner with?

During your initial consultation, we suggest providing the following to your planner:

  • an estimated budget
  • an estimated number of guests
  • a desired wedding date, month, or season
  • a general idea of your wedding style (grand, traditional, modest)

What if I decide to do the planning myself?

Sometimes the planning of an event can be the fun part! If you decide you want to plan your event on your own, we can serve as a guide and sounding board along the way and be present on site the day of to make sure your plans are executed.
